Tai Chi in the Park has been a long standing Lakeway tradition!

Please join us for a simple and fun Tai Chi practice in Lakeway Park 8am – 9am Tuesdays and Thursdays in May.

Class Details: Warm-up stretches and Qigong exercises then Learn the Wudang Mt. 18 step Tai Chi ! You will feel energized and balanced.
Starts Tuesday Sept. 3rd – Sept. 26th (ongoing)
